• For quality assurance and training: To review call recordings and coaching session data to improve the quality of our coaching services.

Data Sharing Between Our Entities

Your personal data may be shared between PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. and True Roots LLC as necessary to provide you with a seamless experience across our digital products and coaching services. For example, if you purchase a digital product through PBRANDS and later enroll in coaching through True Roots LLC, your account and purchase history may be shared between entities to ensure continuity of service.

SMS/MMS Text Messaging Policy — Grounded Leaders Customer Notifications

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive SMS or MMS messages from us, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing, appointment reminders, coaching session scheduling updates, account notifications, and informational text messages from Grounded Leaders. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You may request assistance at any time by replying HELP or by contacting us at [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We may share your phone number and related messaging data with service providers, carriers, and messaging platforms solely for delivering messages on our behalf. These providers may not use your information for their own marketing purposes.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (such as customer service, SMS delivery, or payment processing) is permitted. Call Recording & Coaching Session Data

Grounded Leaders may record telephone calls, video calls, and coaching sessions for quality assurance, training, and service improvement purposes. By participating in coaching calls or setting calls with Grounded Leaders, you consent to such recording.

Call recordings are stored securely and access is limited to authorized personnel. Recordings may be used for marketing or testimonial purposes only with your consent, as described in our Terms & Conditions. You may opt out of marketing use at any time by contacting [email protected].

Who We Share Your Personal Information With

We may share personal information with:

• Our affiliated entities — between PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. and True Roots LLC as described in the “Data Sharing Between Our Entities” section above.
• Service Providers assisting with payment processing, hosting, communication systems, coaching scheduling platforms, or service delivery.

Call recordings from coaching sessions are retained for the duration of the coaching engagement plus a reasonable period thereafter for quality assurance and compliance purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.

Because our operations involve two entities — PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. (Poland) and True Roots LLC (United States) — your personal data may be transferred between Poland and the United States.

When transferring data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we implement appropriate safeguards in accordance with GDPR requirements. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
