1. Payment Processing

All payments, billing inquiries, and refund requests for Grounded Leaders products are handled directly by our support team.

2. Digital Goods and the 14-Day Right to Cancel

Under UK and EU consumer protection laws, consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. However, because the products offered by Grounded Leaders are digital content that is immediately made available, you consent to the immediate performance of the contract when you acquire the product.

Please note that your right as a consumer to cancel your order and obtain a refund does not apply once you have started to download, stream, or otherwise access the digital content.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all of our products, subject to the following conditions:

  • You are NOT eligible for a refund if you request it on the same day of purchase, without implementing and seeing results for yourself.
  • To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide constructive feedback explaining what specifically didn't meet their expectations.
  • Valid refund reasons do NOT include: “This doesn't apply to me”, “This wasn't what I expected”, “I'm dissatisfied”, “This wasn't what I was looking for” or asking for a refund just because we have a money-back guarantee. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our products and to prevent potential misuse.
