Refund Policy

1. Who Handles Your Payment
- Digital products (courses, guides, frameworks) are sold by PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. Payments are processed via Stripe. Refunds for digital products are issued by PBRANDS Sp. z o.o.
- Coaching services (one-on-one coaching, group coaching, strategy calls, setting calls) are provided and billed by True Roots LLC. Refunds for coaching services are handled by True Roots LLC.
All billing inquiries and refund requests are handled by the same support team regardless of entity.
2. Digital Goods and the 14-Day Right to Cancel
Under EU consumer protection laws, consumers generally have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase. However, because the products offered by Grounded Leaders are digital content that is immediately made available, you consent to the immediate performance of the contract when you acquire the product.
Please note that your right as a consumer to cancel your order and obtain a refund does not apply once you have started to download, stream, or otherwise access the digital content.
3. Digital Products — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all of our digital products (courses, frameworks, guides), subject to the following conditions:
- You are NOT eligible for a refund if you request it on the same day of purchase, without implementing and seeing results for yourself.
- To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide constructive feedback explaining what specifically didn't meet their expectations.
- Valid refund reasons do NOT include: “This doesn't apply to me”, “This wasn't what I expected”, “I'm dissatisfied”, “This wasn't what I was looking for” or asking for a refund just because we have a money-back guarantee. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our products and to prevent potential misuse.
4. Coaching Services — Refund Policy
Due to the personalized, time-intensive nature of our Coaching Services (including one-on-one coaching, group coaching, strategy calls, and setting calls), the following refund terms apply:
- All coaching purchases are considered final sale once the first coaching session has been delivered or the onboarding/setting call has been completed.
- If You have not yet received any coaching session and wish to cancel, You must submit a written request to [email protected] within seven (7) days of purchase.
- Refunds for unused coaching sessions are at True Roots LLC's sole discretion and may be subject to administrative fees.
- Missed or forfeited coaching sessions (due to no-shows without 24-hour notice) are not eligible for refund, credit, or rescheduling.
This coaching refund policy is separate from and supersedes the 30-day money-back guarantee applicable to digital products.
5. Coaching Session Pause
If you have purchased Coaching Services, you may request to pause your coaching sessions once during the service term, for up to thirty (30) consecutive days. You must provide at least five (5) business days' written notice to our support team before initiating the pause. The pause must be taken as a single continuous period and cannot be divided into increments. Payment obligations remain unaffected during the pause period.

- Digital product refunds are processed by PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. and will be returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
- Coaching service refunds are processed by True Roots LLC.
