For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Agreement: Any legally binding or contractual relationship between the Operators and the User, governed by these Terms.

  • True Roots LLC — 7901 4th Street North, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, Florida 33702 — The entity responsible for coaching services under the brand name “Grounded Leaders.”
  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. and True Roots LLC collectively, operating under the brand name “Grounded Leaders.” Where these Terms relate to digital product purchases and payment processing, the responsible entity is PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. Where these Terms relate to coaching services, the responsible entity is True Roots LLC.
  • Coaching Services: Any one-on-one, group, or team coaching sessions, strategy calls, setting calls, or accountability calls provided by True Roots LLC or its authorized coaches, whether delivered by phone, video, or in person.
  • Community Platform: The online environment hosted and managed by Grounded Leaders where customers may interact with one another and with employees or representatives of the Company.
  • Order: A request by You to purchase Services or Products from Us.
  • Portal: The secure, web-based or application-based digital interface provided by Grounded Leaders through which Users may access services, content, features, tools, communications, and account-related information.
  • Product(s): Any tangible or digital item offered, sold, or otherwise provided by PBRANDS Sp. z o.o., including but not limited to digital courses, guides, workbooks, frameworks, audio or video recordings, and any other resources relating to emotional regulation, nervous system mastery, masculine identity, or relationship leadership.
  • Service(s): Any services or products provided by PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. or True Roots LLC, whether for a fee or free of charge.
  • Platform(s): The Company's website(s), online portals, applications, software tools, and any other digital infrastructure through which the Company delivers its Services and Products.
  • Subscriptions: Services or access to the Service offered on a recurring subscription basis.
  • Terms: These Terms and Conditions.
  • User (or You): The natural person or legal entity that uses this Website, purchases Products, or engages in Coaching Services.

Acknowledgment

This document is an agreement between You and the entities operating Grounded Leaders: PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. (for digital products and payment processing) and True Roots LLC (for coaching services). You acknowledge and agree that by accessing or using this website or using any services owned or operated by this website, you have agreed to be bound and abide by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply.

These Terms govern:

  • The conditions of allowing the use of this website
  • Any other related Agreement or legal relationship with the Operators in a legally binding way

If you do not agree to all of these Terms of Service, do not use this website.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Nothing in these Terms creates any special relationship such as a joint venture, employment, agency, or partnership between the involved parties.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Merchant of Record

  • When you purchase digital products (courses, guides, frameworks, and related digital content), the merchant of record is PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. Your payment will be processed by PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. via Stripe and “PBRANDS” or “Grounded Leaders” may appear on your payment statement.
  • When you purchase coaching services (one-on-one coaching, group coaching, strategy calls, and setting calls), the provider and billing entity is True Roots LLC.

Services and Products

Portal Access

Grounded Leaders provides a secure, user-specific online learning environment designed to help men develop emotional regulation, nervous system mastery, and grounded leadership. In order to access the training Portal, You must:

  • Create Your account within our training portal by selecting a username and password upon completing the registration process. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your username and password.
  • Ensure Your payment has been successfully processed.

The Company may, in its sole discretion, discontinue or modify content hosted in the Portal without any refund or notice to customers. Login credentials are personal and may only be used by the individual to whom they were issued. Sharing login information with others is strictly prohibited.

Coaching Services

Coaching services are provided by True Roots LLC.

Coaching Session Pause

If You have purchased Coaching Services, You may request to pause Your coaching sessions once during the service term, for up to thirty (30) consecutive days.

  • You must provide at least five (5) business days' written notice to our support team at [email protected] before initiating the pause period.
  • The coaching pause must be taken as a single continuous period and cannot be divided into increments.
  • Your payment obligations shall remain unaffected by the coaching pause, and all payments must continue as scheduled.

Coaching Attendance & No-Shows

Participation in scheduled coaching calls, group sessions, and accountability calls is an integral part of the Coaching Services. In the event You fail to attend a scheduled session without providing at least twenty-four (24) hours' prior written notice, such session will be deemed forfeited. Forfeited sessions will not be rescheduled, credited, or carried over to subsequent periods.

Coaching Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of Coaching Services, all coaching purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund once the first coaching session has been delivered or the onboarding call has been completed. If You have not yet received any coaching session and wish to cancel, You must submit a written request to [email protected] within seven (7) days of purchase. In such cases, a refund may be issued at True Roots LLC's sole discretion, less any administrative fees incurred.

This coaching refund policy is separate from and supersedes the 30-day money-back guarantee applicable to digital products. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Communications

User consents to receiving telephonic or electronic correspondence and other communications from Grounded Leaders at any email address or telephone number provided, via phone call, email, SMS, or MMS text message, which may be delivered through an auto-dialer, automated system, or prerecorded voice message.

SMS / Text Message Program

Program Name: Grounded Leaders Customer Notifications

Program Description: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive appointment reminders, coaching session scheduling updates, and account- or service-related text messages from Grounded Leaders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing or informational text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message we send.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

User agrees that telephone or video conversations between User and Company may be monitored and/or recorded by Company.

Call Recording Consent

You acknowledge and consent that Grounded Leaders may monitor and record telephone calls, video calls, or other live communications. Such recordings will be used solely for internal business purposes, including quality assurance, coaching improvement, and compliance monitoring.

In addition, You grant Grounded Leaders permission to use such recordings, or excerpts of recordings, for marketing, promotional, or testimonial purposes. If you do not wish to be included in recordings used for marketing or promotional purposes, you may opt out at any time by submitting a request to [email protected].

Testimonial Use Consent

When you choose to share feedback, reviews, testimonials, photos, or videos with Grounded Leaders, you give us permission to use that content — along with your name, image, voice, or likeness — in our marketing, training, and promotional materials. This may include use on our websites, emails, social media channels, and other media formats, worldwide and for an indefinite period.

You confirm that any content you share reflects your honest and personal experience. We may make minor edits for length or clarity, but we will not alter the overall message or meaning.

You understand that this permission is voluntary and that you will not receive additional compensation. You may opt out at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

Content on this Website

Unless otherwise specified, all Website Content is provided or owned by PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. and/or True Roots LLC, or their licensors.

Ownership & License

All content made available through Our Services and any related Platforms, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, audio, documents, frameworks (such as the NETR Method™), and software is the exclusive property of PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. and/or True Roots LLC, or their content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise used in any manner without express prior written consent, except as expressly permitted in these Terms.

Grounded Leaders grants You a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platforms, Services and Products solely for Your own personal use. You agree not to copy materials on the Platforms, reverse engineer or break into the Platforms, or use materials, Products or Services in violation of any law.

Customer Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate behavior towards other customers, any representative or employee of the Company
  • Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invades the privacy of another, threatens another person, or is otherwise objectionable
  • Collect personal information on, “cyberstalk” or harass another user
  • Impersonate another user, person, or entity
  • Intentionally or unintentionally violate any local, state, or federal law
  • Upload, post, or transmit any copyrighted or trademarked intellectual property of another
  • Upload, post, or transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising

Customer Suspension. At its sole discretion, Grounded Leaders may limit, suspend, or terminate Your access and use of Services without a refund or payment forgiveness if You become disruptive or are in violation of this Customer Code of Conduct.

Payment Terms

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.

  • For digital product purchases, you authorize PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. to charge all fees associated with Your purchase to the payment method You provide via Stripe.
  • For coaching services, you authorize True Roots LLC to charge or invoice all fees associated with Your coaching engagement.

You agree to pay all charges incurred at the prices posted at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes and surcharges.

Liability and Indemnification

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise.

Any and all data, advice or suggestions provided in connection with the Services, including coaching, are for informative and educational purposes only and are not intended as specific legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, or relationship advice. You assume full responsibility and risk if you choose to rely on such information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent provided by law, in no event will Grounded Leaders, PBRANDS Sp. z o.o., True Roots LLC, their affiliates, or their licensors, service providers, employees, agents, officers, or directors be liable for consequential damages of any kind.

To the fullest extent provided by law, the collective liability of PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. and True Roots LLC to any party shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid to the relevant entity for the applicable product and/or service out of which liability arose.

Indemnification

The User agrees to defend, indemnify and hold PBRANDS Sp. z o.o., True Roots LLC, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners and employees harmless from and against any and all claims or demands, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from the User's use of and access to the Service.

Refund Policy & Billing

All payments, billing inquiries, and refund requests for Grounded Leaders products are handled directly by our support team.

Digital Products — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all of our digital products (courses, frameworks, guides), subject to the following conditions:

  • You are NOT eligible for a refund if you request it on the same day of purchase, without implementing and seeing results for yourself.
  • To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide constructive feedback explaining what specifically didn't meet their expectations.
  • Valid refund reasons do NOT include: “This doesn't apply to me”, “This wasn't what I expected”, “I'm dissatisfied”, “This wasn't what I was looking for” or asking for a refund just because we have a money-back guarantee.

Refunds for digital products are processed by PBRANDS Sp. z o.o.

Coaching Services — Refund Policy

Due to the personalized, time-intensive nature of Coaching Services, all coaching purchases are considered final sale once the first coaching session has been delivered or the onboarding/setting call has been completed. If You have not yet received any coaching session, You may request cancellation within seven (7) days of purchase by contacting [email protected]. Refunds for coaching are at True Roots LLC's sole discretion, less any administrative fees.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve such complaint or dispute informally.

Digital Product Disputes

Any dispute arising from the purchase or use of digital products shall be governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.

Coaching Services Disputes

Any dispute arising from coaching services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the state of Florida. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary herein, the relevant entity reserves the right to pursue legal action in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims related to: (i) payment arising from the purchase of its products or services; (ii) actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of its intellectual property rights.

Service Interruption & Force Majeure

The Company reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance, system updates or any other changes, informing the Users appropriately.

Neither PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. nor True Roots LLC shall be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling any term of these Terms when caused by acts beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation: acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, labor actions, infrastructural breakdowns, or blackouts.

Intellectual Property Rights

Any intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights and design rights related to this Website are the exclusive property of PBRANDS Sp. z o.o. and/or True Roots LLC, or their licensors. The NETR Method™, Unshakable Identity™, and all associated frameworks, content, and branding are proprietary to Grounded Leaders.

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to amend or otherwise modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms, unless otherwise specified. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice.

Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms shall be adjudged unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect. Failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not operate as a waiver.

Governing Law

  • For matters relating to digital products and payment processing: These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
  • For matters relating to coaching services: These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Florida, United States of America.

In either case, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall apply where required.
